Welcome to our website. ‘The Wilderness’ is a holiday resort at Tannjiubbar. It is an earnest attempt to offer the nature loving traveler a 'home away from home'. Situated at a height of 9000 ft above the sea level, near the skiing town of Narkanda, the resort is owned and operated by a traditional family of apple growers. The property is located within the apple and cherry orchard, set on a hill top. The Wilderness is surrounded on either side by the natural Tannijubbar Lake and Pirpanjal ranges of the Himalayas. It is the unique location of the site that brought to life the idea of 'The Wilderness'. The owner seeks to share with the visitors the simple joys of living with nature by giving a complete holiday experience.
